Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of services provided by UJU Constructs LLC ("UJU Constructs", "we", "us").
UJU Constructs provides construction and project-delivery services, custom software development for the construction industry, and related technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or invoice.
Invoices are issued for agreed work and are payable by the due date stated on each invoice. Recurring or subscription services are billed on the cadence agreed at sign-up. Payments are processed by our payment provider; by paying an invoice you authorize the corresponding charge.
You may cancel a recurring service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for completed project work are handled per the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
